this is how i see it. i'llbe very surprised if a well conditioned pressure fighter emerges. i more expect a fat plodder looking big loaded shots leaving him open to counters.

    its 50/50 for KO only,
its more than 2:1 for Povetking to score UD

ye surprising to see povetkin as favourite. so i'm assuming then people would credit haye with a victory since he's the underdog for this fight.

I'd have to go with Haye and i'd go early. Povetkin has no confidence whereas Haye has bags of it.
yeah check the poll, pretty even.

That's why I started the poll. I really like this match up & consider it close to 50/50 with a slight edge to Haye.

If it goes to a decision I would expect Povetkin to win. I think he's the better ring technician & he won't throw away too many rounds like he did against Chambers. It's hard to pick against Povetkin if it's a decision because of his work rate being well above that of Haye. The real question is whether or not Povetkin can take the big punches without getting knocked down or out.

The poll is almost 50/50 for each winning by KO or TKO. The edge to Povetkin if it goes to decision & I agree 100% with that.

If this is serious I'm surprised. I would have thought Haye would prefer to defend his title against Chagaev than against Povetkin. It's difficult to imagine that Povetkin, the younger healthier man, has faded more than Chagaev, but not impossible.

Haye deserves props if this goes down. It's highly likely to be a better fight to watch than Haye-Wlad would be.

    Battle of the HW duckers.

Loser is less of a ducker than the winner.

Olympic drug testing is needed, Haye is a GH and steroid user and even with that he has done nothing at heavy.

Either way, Povetkin wins by KO.

It wouldn't really be an upset if Povetkin knocked Haye out in the first round...
