It depends on what you define as "easy". Do I think he could be a 2nd rd KO? There is nothing in his history to suggest that so, I would say no. DO I think he could be shut out of a fight and completely dominated by a superior boxer or blown away or KO/TKO'd in the middle rounds of a fight with a decent boxer with great fire-power, I would say yes.

You can take your pick which ATG would do that to him. To me there are a bunch that comes to mind.

Foreman (comeback version) by come from behind stoppage, either TKO (on cuts) or KO.

Vitali's movement, angles and activity will give him an early lead on the cards. But Foreman was just so resilient and had huge power that he would catch up to Vitali who was rarely tested in his career. Foreman's excellent jab would start to bother Vitali and prepare a stoppage.

Prime Foreman was the most robotic World Champion in the history of boxing, he has no chance against any version of Vitali, Comeback Foreman would lose to Tyson Fury, Vitali would crack his head open like a coconut.
George Foreman III on the other hand would be a different fight altogether, but I'll save that for another thread.
