Boxers u met in person

I can't say i've really met a boxer..

Saw my dad talking to Chris Eubank, i couldn't talk to him cos i was playing in a footy tourney. I have no idea what he was doing there. He had his monocle on lol. My dad said he seemed cool, just talked about normal things.

Went to meet my girlfriend at her work place, when she told me i just missed Joe someone (She has no idea who he is, neither does she care lol), Anyway we figured out it was Joe Calzaghe who i missed by minutes.

Was going to try see Mayweather when he was in South London, but i was ill

 

I met Shane Mosley, Paulie Malinaggi, Roy Jones, Kelly Pavlik, and Chazz Witherspoon in Atlantic City

 

Mosley came over to aus and visited my gym. Met Kostya Tszyu at a few fight through trainers.

The dude has hands the size of baseball gloves.

 

Met a ton of fighters at MGM over Mayweather-Mosley fight weekend and none were nicer than Arreola. The guy would honestly shake hands and chat with anyone who went up to him. Good guy. I've also met Canelo, JMM, Hatton and Bradley.

he came by to sf bay area to bar called the condor when it was still a sports bar. i came up to him and said hi champ, i'm a big fan of yours. true warrior spirit, and determanation. because i'm chinese, he started speaking to me with funny tones and asked me if i understood him and he wanted to make life easy for me so he chose to speak my language (similar to rush limbaugh a few weeks ago making funny tones when obama and the chinese president met). him and his clique all laughed and then he made bowed and made slanted eye gesture.

 

That's sounds exactly how I would have approached him.

 

Quite a few people who have met him, have said he's a proper *****. That was well out of order how he behaved to you. Bet you enjoy watching the Dela Hoya fight and Mayorga embarrass him in interviews :good

 

Missed out on meeting Roy Jones Jr by a couple of months recently. Only been back the gym for a about a month, Roy Jones had been there a couple of months before.

 

I can't stand Vargas! Met him in the junior olympics a long time ago, he's just a punk. He was trying to start a big fight (outside of the ring) with our boxing team because of him being from LA, us being from Sac. What a *** - I'm glad he was KTFO a bunch of times.
