In a sport science video Lucia Rijker punched 922 lbs. The same as MMA LHW Houston Alexander.

Dutch female boxer Lucia Rijker who is famous for her role Billie ‘The Blue Bear’ in the Oscar winning movie Million Dollar Baby showed that girls can hit just as hard in an episode of Sports Science.

Lucia uses proper technique to get full leverage on her punches, she punched harder than a male Olympic boxer (Moe) who is the same size as her at 140 lbs.

Moe hit the punching dummy at 720 pounds of force, Lucia hit the punching dummy with 922 pounds of force the same as UFC 205 pounder Houston Alexander. In the Sports Science episode where they tested Houston Alexander he was even injected with adrenaline so his punches were even more intense.

On the Deadliest Warrior Chuck Liddell was landing punches at 1800lbs

Ricky Hatton had punches measured at over 800 lbs.

I wish we could get some numbers on Wladimir.

He has to be hitting over 1500 close to 2000 with that right hand.

Wladimir Klitschko punch 800 lbs and Vitali 650 lbs probably same machine than Helenius hit 1400 lbs not so a long ago. Altought, klitschkos were probably raising stars (maybe more than 10 years ago) when they do it.

Thus I have heard..even notorius haters of Helenius (Finland) admit his naturally very gifted puncher

Ive been hit by couple international female amateur boxers and let me tell you women cant punch for ****. Their power punches feel like super soft jabs. Ann Wolfe is exception to this but Im not sure if he is a woman afterall... :think

Average heavyweights hit 600-800 lbs depend of course machine and how you hit..hooks straight right jab etc... Neither Klitschko was not huge puncher in their early years. Vitali is not huge puncher even now. Nowadays wladimir is hard puncher and surely hits much more than that

yeah i know, and that was in 2000. so you can assume what is it now, i think vitali punches about 1400 pounds and wladimir close to 2000 pounds

yeah and in 2009 i read in some german news paper, i thinks it was bild (german yellow press) that wladimir punched something like 1.4 tonnes, so that would be something like 3080 pounds. they wrote that to get punched by wladimir is the same like a middle class car driving with 50 km/h in your face. and Arthur abraham punched something like 800 kg

it sounds weired, because its very much. i think this machines are different and you get everytime different numbers. but tyson punched something like a tonne, so about 2200 pounds. and he was not the hardest puncher. i watched helenius and he is a very hard puncher. but he is too slow, his hands are not very fast, and thats probably were the difference is, cause wlad has very fast hands and big power, so perhaps thats where the extra impact comes from

Those stats don't mean nothing. As long as they don't hit the same exact machine the comparisons are worthless.
