I am honestly surpised this hasn't come up yet. Both great talkers, both NY boys. Both in need of a career resurgence. Can Judah take out the Cocky Malignaggi with his speed and power? Does Paulie have the skills to keep Judah at bay and to be less aggressive?

I would love to see this bout to be honest. Who do you think wins?

not here but it has been brought up....would b a nice ny thing, and both are b fighters so there wouldn't be a big mismatch...it'd b a toss up, 1 has nice skills but small heart, the other has decent skills with heart....paulie might take it like lil floyd did

Malignaggi moved up to 147 and said he has no intention of moving back down.

its been talked about before ......as early as last year !

i think it is goldenboys plan for a main event in 2011 at the barclays centre
    when it opens up

would be a good match up

I'd be Rooting for paulie of cause

Zab definitely takes the early rounds and could possibly get a tko stoppage over Paulie, but if the fight goes the distance I think Paulie will out work Judah for a decision. Zab looked exhausted by the middle rounds in his last fight.

This would be HUGE in Brooklyn. Malignaggi has more in the tank though.

judah is campaining at 140 now and paulie has moved up to 147. but i can see it headline the barclays center in a year at 147 if both stay relevant

as usual jab will fight hard for 3 rds then his bum will go boo

if paulie can coast/hold till the middle rounds then he could steal it

Not a bad fight at all... I would probably go with Malignaggi UD. Don't think Judah will take Paulie out early and as the fight continues I see Paulie doing enough to take more than half the rounds.

A couple years ago i would have picked Judah in a heartbeat, but he seems to lack fire recently and iMO is no longer a top Contnder.. This actually is a pretty close matchup now.

I like the spread. I like both fighters. This fight needs to happen!
