    That's true. Haye's heavyweight KO percentage is 83%, while Vitali's is 88%.

The only thing wrong with Floyd's defense is that he keeps his left hand down too low. Shane caught him with a huge right and Marquez who is slower than Floyd caught him a couple of times on his chin with the right

How many total bums did VITLAY pad that out with though?

In Haye's defense he's only fought high level guys at HW. VITLAY has fought a TON of bums to get that KO percentage up there.

What are you smoking tonight? :smoke

Only high level guys? His competition at heavyweight is as follows:

Garry Delaney (who? this guy lost his last 7 fights, including 3 in a row going into the fight with Haye, and his career record stands at 31-13)

Valeri Semiskur (record of 17-27, enough said)

Vincenzo Rossitto (39-7, less than a 50% KO rate, no competition of note other than Haye and Johnathon Banks)

Tomasz Bonin (A record of 41-3 feasting on complete bums. Audley Harrison also KO'd this guy...so that should tell you all you need to know)

Monte Barrett (washed up, Wladimir destroyed Barrett almost a decade earlier)

Nikolay Valuev (Haye threw at an amazing rate of 11.9 punches per round and Haye is very lucky that he was given the decision victory)

John Ruiz ( A pretty good fighter - 10-years ago)

Audley Harrison (Audley "I Threw One Punch" Harrison, enough said)

Fact is that Haye ran from both Vitali and Vlad, broke two contracts! Haye is a fraud, a liar, a cheat, he fights nobody.

Still Haye owns the record of highest KO% of any heavyweight champion in history.

Vitali could still own that record, but he blew it, when he couldn’t take out Briggs even when he hit him everything he had.

 you haye haters keep trying to beleive and say that haye is the one ducking, but when people actually look at the logic -you see wlad fighting a bum and a ex light heavyweight with his year full up and nothing to do with Haye in it,and haye still with no opponent,i think its obvious who is ducking!.

Seriously stupid thread, A defensive wizard is slick, slips punches, feints, sets traps and can do this at any distance. The klits are just big guys with decent defense who use their physical advantages as part of their d. They get hit more by average fighters than floyd or sweet pea did by great fighters.

That's probably true, although it makes you think why other super heavies aren't as dominate as both brothers...

For being HW's and for their size especially, you would think they'd be clumsy and easy to find, but they do put a tremendous effort to try to hit and not get hit. I do notice, though, because of using their defense, it gasses them out and even today still have trouble pacing themselves. The best defensive HW is still Ali, the only reason he is how he is is because he was fighting when he wasn't supposed to and still kept on fighting while having his condition which is crazy! I think Vitali has a better defense than Wlads, despite Wlad being the athletic of the 2.
