Calm down, mate....it's only the internet. I doubt we'll ever know exactly who avoided who with that one.
Yes I know he did broke his hand (I've seen the vid of his hand after the fight), don't know if it really was round 2 though! But let's say it was round 2, even with that in mind Haye put up a bad performance (in that case mostly because of injury) and having psysical difficulties doesn't give you rounds, you have to hit your opponent. Haye didn't convincingly win that fight, I for one had it a dead draw, and looking at the polls here on ESB it rather was a Valuev win then a Haye win! Haye went 12 rounds circling and potshotting his opponent and avoiding any and all tradeoffs with Nikolay. Haye was very, very lucky he got the decision... Just look at his reaction when he heard he had won, that's not the reaction from a guy who was convinvced he easily won the bout. That was the reaction from a guy who just won the lottery!
Valuev barely landed a punch all night, mate. Haye had a broken hand from early on so fought a cagey fight.......he didn't throw much (for obvious reasons), but when he threw he invariably landed. Valuev looked a fool and Haye clearly won the fight.
Well, you say they didn't avoid anyone but you don't know that for sure, do you? I'm not getting into the list of opponents that they (arguably) avoided whilst they were in the prime or avoided completely.....I'm just saying that there is a credible argument that some ducking has taken place.
