Who the hell hasn't lost to floyd when they faced him?

To make matters worse he didn't receive the same beating shane mosley, ricky hatton did who were much bigger men than him.

 

Marquez has wins over Barrera, Casamayor, Diaz, Gainer..all top guys. Plus he has a draw with Manny and a SD loss, which is still a huge accomplishment despite not being W's on a piece of paper.. If you dont like Marquez, fine, but no need to bash the man. He been great for the sport and is a brilliant fighter.

 

Marquez beat chris john!! That was a hometown decision.. The freddie norwood fight was very close.. I thought JMM won that as well. JMM fans could argue that his 1 real loss was against floyd... All his other fights were very close.

Hatton made it very competitive in the first 5 or 6 rounds, and he was stopped due to his reckless nature. JMM, on the other hand, wasn’t competitive at all – winning probably one round at most. From beginning to end he was just a sparring partner for Floyd. Just because he made it to the final round, it doesn't mean he did any better!

And as for Mosley, that second round alone did more damage to Mayweather than what JMM conjured in the whole 36 minutes. The schooling he [Mosley] was recieving after that round, was akin to the one JMM recieved.

After that fight everyone was crying saying mosley is shot and mosley should hang his gloves up, when marquez lost to floyd no one said nothing of the sort. Mosley got ****ed way worse than marquez ever did. Marquez was throwing punches each round giving it his all, while mosley was getting his ass handed to him on a platter.

There an old saying it not how you start a fight it's how you finish. And marquez came out that fight way better than both hatton and mosley. This is a fact you haters can't deny. :deal

JMM was alive and kicking throughout, and still he didn't threaten Floyd with anything! Even that one punch he lands before he gets knocked down, has Floyd giggling like someone just tickled him. Both Mosley and Hatton were closer to defeating Floyd, than JMM ever was! Show me one point in the fight where JMM was in it competitively. Show me.

 

Alas, how dare he accept the payday of his life. Any of you would've rejected millions of bucks for maintaing your pride, right? RIGHT?

He wanted to fight PAC even went to his country and called him out, but heard crickets instead... so he took on the real P4P king.

He wanted money and to take a risk. If he won he would get a third fight with Pacquiao and it would be huge. It was a risk he was willing to take and he has the guts to take such risks.

Marquez threw combinations all nigtht against floyd. He never quit trying. mosley froze up and might have **** himself against Floyd. Shane had one brief moment against Floyd who is naturally smaller. Floyd ****ed Marquez on the weight. Juan Manuel had the balls to challenge and to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr Something manny does not have .
