The main event, Frank LoPorto is a headline fighter.

Where'd you get your info from Joe?

I spoke directly to the organisers of the event twice only a day or two ago. The first guy told me that both ONE HD and FOX were on the hook, and one of them would show it.

The second guy said it would be ONE HD and that the coverage would be on the thursday following the night of the card - so in effect delayed by 6 nights.

Certainly not the best welters on the planet. But well matched and hopefully entertaining fights.

With any luck it'll be on the idiot box like the organisers said.

Not sure why a boxig fan would have a problem with this tournament?

I really hope it goes well - My mate Jason Kanofski to pull out the victory!

Just seen it all before with promoters blasting onto the scene claiming to be the saviour of Oz Boxing - then when it comes down to it they don't get the TV and they look like fools never to be heard of again.

The guys intentions seem pretty good. A pretty daunting task to organise 4 promotions straight up..

    Good luck to him.

Surely that's an outcome nobody here's hoping for?

I guess we won't know til next thursday regarding the TV side of things? But if it's in the TV guide that's a promising sign.

    Anyone know the rules?
Brad Hemming weighed-in 2.2kgs over welter limit. What happens if he wins?

    If correct, that's a disgrace.

How they'll deal with it, assuming it's correct, will no doubt unfold very shortly.
