    The gracie family is known for their BJJ but which gracie has the best striking skills?

    It would have to be Renzo. They're all outstanding grapplers, but Renzo is the one that wanted to beat you up.

    Renzo is one of the best one. I couldn't remember his name before i made the thread but the one i like was ryan gracie. He was a lil crazy but he had pretty solid striking and a bad attitude. Too bad he was too out of control and end up dying young. I would have love to see him fight in strikeforce or ufc.

    Ryan was a pretty wild striker, but still better than the majority of Gracie's.

    Renzo has the best stand-up so I voted for him but Rickson has real solid looking shots when on the ground, more damaging looking than Renzo`s.

    All in all, Rickson is the best, especially in BJJ... too many excellent grapplers have said this & have felt first hand just how good Rickson is on the mat.

    yea I've seen couple of fights from rickson and he seems so calm on the ground. He is a beast when he gets you there.

    Everyone that has ever rolled with him says he is on another level entirely, apparently he has never been submitted since he got his black belt at age 18, he`s like 53 now, that is serious dedication, skill & consistency of the highest order, these guys roll every single day of their lives & no-one has tapped him in all those yrs.
