:nut why ask me questions you assume to know the answers to? Marquez LOST to both John and Norwood, being close fights changes NOTHING his close loss to Pacquiao is something to make noise about, losing a close decision to Freddie ****ing Norwood is not atsch Yeah like he beat Pacquiao twice :dead:dead, you can outbox people all you want but when you're hitting the canvas every other round the scorecards are always going to be close.
You're probably talking about a lightweight Marguez. I agree with you on that point. But two divisions higher? You must kidding us.
JMM vs NORWOOD wasn't even close....marquez beat him by a lot, add the fact that they didnt even count the knockdowns....:-(
**** happens, to Marqeuz it seems to happen more then others , I still think he's got one more BIG win in him... winner of Khan/Bradley maybe.
Did I hit a nerve? Why do you think I'd be asking anything from a person that knows zilch about boxing when I'd be wasting my time? The only thing I asked was if you actually watched the fights because you seem to have something vs JMM. Put up a damn poll or look one up and you'll find out how JMM was robbed of victories over Pacquiao, Norwood, and John. In the end it's who the people thought won, not the judges. No one is saying they weren't close, of course they were. But I'll prove you wrong if you think JMM LOST those fights. Even the majority of *******s and *****s acknowledge that. And to answer why he fought Floyd was because of his frustration of Pacquiao avoiding him and not giving him the 3rd fight. JMM fighting Floyd was not a smart move as it was balsy.
Most probably he knows he has very little chance. But he took the risk anyway. Why? One, his biggest payday two, chance to get a crack a #1 p4p ranking. An UPSET win can forged another showdown with Pacquiao for the #1 ranking. . . . rightnow he has a better chance against Bradley but JMM is not taking that fight. That simply justify my point. :deal
You don't think going up acouple weight divisions that isn't your natural weight and one where you've never fought before is not balsy? And not only that, but against the best in the world? :rasta
