I will edit this post when I think of more that I haven't seen mentioned yet.

Pernell Whitaker over Juan Nazario for the unified WBC, WBA & IBF lightweight title.

Tony Canzoneri over Al Singer for the world lightweight title.

Tommy Burns over Jem Roche for the world heavyweight title.

Tommy Burns over Bill Squires for the world heavyweight title.

Felix Trinidad over Luis Gabriel Garcia for the IBF Welterweight title.

George Foreman over Jose "King" Roman for the unified WBA/WBC/ and Ring/Linear heavyweight titles.

Joe Frazier over Dave Zyglewicz for the NYSAC world heavyweight title (which was a major title that existed then).

I remember Juan Manuel Lopez stopping Ponce De Leon pretty quickly in a title fight, not sure exactly how quickly though.

Hamed vs Lawal was the biggest joke and disgrace ever.

I think Hamed threw one single punch and that was that

I think Mike Tyson had the fastest KO vs Marvis Fraizer, 7 seconds.

Not sure if it was a title fight.

I saw Jimmy Thunder had a one punch KO at the start of a fight, saw that on youtube. No title though.

That was about 79 seconds I think.

    Bow down to the king.

No, not for the title. It was just a few months away from Tyson getting the WBC title. Marvis got blitzed in one against Holmes while Holmes was the linear champion, although there was no sanctioning body title on the line. Holmes had vacated the WBC title, then after Frazier was the inaugural IBF champion and I think the Frazier fight was the one fight in between holding these titles for Larry. I'd personally still consider it a title fight though, because Larry was the Ring and Linear champion. I don't know if the TS wants to count that too?
