pac has been saying that he wants to fight floyd but he also says that if the fight won't happen, "i don't really need him because i have done much more than him" and it's actually true. floyd is passing up on this chance to beat someone who will give him a much greater legacy than he has now.

and it's pretty simple that the fight did not happen becasue floyd said he taking the time off and has no urge to fight. why make it complicated when floyd said it himself?
