    Seriously, he was looking pretty gaunt for a while there.

    Maybe he hit the gym with Felix, and that's where they bonded.

    I wish Ronald had 10-15 more fights and against top guys. Unfortunately he got this title fight because of his dad, but I hope he can win. He needed a Manny Steward in his corner. I doubt Manny would have let Ronald fight Sturm without a big test before this.

    Hearns lets several jabs go. Sturm is content to catch them on his wrists. Sturm lands his first serious jab thrown. Hearns is just flicking his out for volume, eschewing accuracy. Sturm speeds up his footwork and gets a few quick sidesteps astride Hearns, nailing him with a couple more flush jabs. Hearns throws several more jabs, high-low high-low - all blocked. Sturm lands a nice lead hook with a short one-foot hop forward. Sturm parries the Hearns jab with his own coming forward. Sturm lands a pair of jabs on the face. Hearns keeps flicking out very easy-to-block jabs. Sturm throws a three punch combo as Hearns backs away quickly and head-slips.

    Nothing against Hearns, I just don't think he has the raw ability to ever solve a Sturm puzzle.
