    Round 8

Hernandez leads with a big looping right, too wild. Bey tiptoes inside and jabs. Hernandez lets loose his own jab and actually tags Bey with it. Bey is staying a bit too close, getting a little cute and eating more jabs than he's dishing out. Hernandez really wants to land the power punches though, and is only throwing the jabs as needed when Bey does. Bey lands a nice right off his jab. Hernandez follows and throws a 1-2 that clips the sideways-bound Bey. Hernandez is close but not punching much. A few jabs from Hernandez, sidestepped by Bey. Hernandez again steps inside with that left uppercut from behind the hip and nearly lands it as Bey just flinches away at the last second. Bey circles very quickly with some direction changes and outboxes Hernandez at medium range, dodging jabs and landing his own.

The rematch between Mike Jones and Jesus Soto Karass is next, then the big fight between Nonito Donaire and Fernando Montiel.

Raul Marquez had it the same as Lisa Giampa, 78-74.

I had it slightly narrower for Bey, 77-75. A draw is perfectly fine.
