Tyson had a 'sad career' :rofl:rofl:rofl

When did WALDO ever earn a purse like Tyson earnt against Spinks? Bear in mind that was 23 years ago now, WALDO has never come close to earning that kind of money for a single fight, and there's a reason for that.

To match Tyson, WALDO would have to unify and hold onto the titles for another 3-4 years, which he won't.

My mom and sister know Mike Tyson was the baddest mf'er on the planet. Most sports fans haven't watched one Klit fight. This is no contest.

As I said earlier, he took a dying division and breathed life into it.

WALDO and VITLAY took a dying division and choked the living **** out of it. Someone else will come along soon that will make us forget them and treat them like the paper champs that they so obviously are.

People are seriously confusing the media monster that Tyson was with having a great legacy.

Being hugely popular and famous world wide does NOT mean you have a great legacy.

Tyson could have had the better legacy, but his prime was only a few short years. After those "invincible" years he faded. Wlad has only gotten better over time, and has ALREADY had the division locked up for longer than Tyson did.

Another year or two of dominance and Wlad easily surpasses Tyson in LEGACY. He will never surpass Tyson in fame/recognition.

yeah, coming back after Spinks he won against Bruno and Williams in 1989, but he was a little less sharp but he still won. Then the Buster fight and struggles for years. He was so dominant from 1986-1989 that had he retired I think he would be remembered well. It was magical you are right. He was quite a fighter in his prime. His defense was so precise that any changes in training or mindset affected his concentration it seemed. Seems like we have not had a really magical fighter for many years now. Pacman is good, but there lacks that Tyson feeling anymore.
