Whitaker is more skilled than Mayweather. Therefore I would pick Whitaker as the more slick boxer.

Pernell easily. Pernell was slick in the ring, Floyd avoids them and never fights them, so he is slick outside the ring.

    Sweat Pea by a mile.

Whittaker was slick to the point of being reckless (in a good way). Still his talent allowed him to do so "safely". Whittaker put showmanship over being a "complete" Boxer. No matter the situation it was about looking "slick" first.

FMJ is all about being a "complete" Boxer. He just happens to be slick, it tactically beneficial or allowable. He would abandon "slickness" in a heartbeat if it wasn't in his advantage. He just happens to have the "slick" traits.

floyd blocks more then he slips. Whitaker can slip just about anything, so I'd say he's slicker.

Whitaker was superior in every way other than punching power.

Probably, but it's hard to tell because he generally only throws single shots these days. Pernell threw combinations.

floyd would beat his ass lol all he ever did was slip punches he had nothing else! thats why every time he faced some one with any substance or hand speed he lost..one of the most overrated fighters ever along with dela hoya and ssm!

Pea got dropped more because he took more chances, clowned more, and basically wasn't an over-cautious chin-protector.

But when he was in full flow, he was a far slicker, more skilful, all-round better fighter. His defensive moves against the likes of Ramirez and De La Hoya were ridiculously good.
