Actually its the Pinoys, white people and hispanics and even guys like RJJ that wants Floyd dropped down. Its simple logic. The man dont want to fight then he shouldnt be on the list and dont blame the international crowd. You should know if youre from Canada, respect all races and nationalities.

Opposed to Martinez who beat former MW king, Pavlik & gave Williams his first ko loss in the same year? Or Donaire who just ko'd a prime possible future HOF'er, something Floyd has never done? Floyd's lucky to be #4 TBH but he should not be Top 3 on the P4P lists. No one should have a spot reserved for them especially if they're inactive and don't have much meaningful wins. Floyd's been back since '09 and the only fight worth a crap that he's had was against Mosley and even then Mosley himself was inactive. I'm a fan of him but I admit that's not enough to keep him in the top 3 PFP.

Exactly. As much as I dislike Floyd, he should still be recognized on the p4p list till May. I dont have him in the #1 or 2 spots based on his having only 2 fights in almost 4 years, but hes still technically active and his win over Mosley is enough to maintain top 5 p4p status given his past accomplishments.

I'm just talking a little smack Chimba. The hype here is getting a little out of control though. There's a thread comparing Donaire to Ray Robinson FFS.

If Mayweather doesn't make some sort of announcement on his intentions and/or have a fight signed sometime soon, he should be removed and he will be. I don't see why this is so important around here though.

Figures... Floydettes are making it into a Pac bashing feast, avoiding the real issue.

edit: while I was typing this one actually seems to have some sense in him.

LOL. In early '09, about a year before he faced Mayweather. Mosley was inactive. I still give Mayweather credit for beating Mosley and think he would've always beaten him but Mosley was/is faded, old, and inactive. Floyd could've beaten a prime Cotto(who beat Mosley) but no he wants to go on a vacation instead. He's a great fighter but is killing the rest of his career. I don't think he'll be in the RJJ route but he's self destructive.

He should be, for now. At this point in time, I don't think FMJ cares, one way or another.

So, would you put him 6-10 then?

    He's either 1/2 or he's out.

Were people obsessed on P4P-ratings 20 years ago?
