This insurance should only be included if both sides agree and only in effect when there's a general consensus of who won (like 70%+) and the judges saw otherwise = robbery. So as far as I can tell Diaz/Malignaggi falls into the robbery category as well as Huck/Lebedev whereas Kessler/Froch simply split the audience but there was no consensus, at least not in Froch's favor who lost officially. We can use a poll to determine.
