Floyd does not have enough power to end anything quick. Gatti was a human punchbag for 15 minutes and was not hurt or knocked down once by PBF. If he had the "power to end it quick" Marquez would have been on his back, and Mosley wouldn't have stood there and took shot after shot for 10+ rounds. :rasta

If he has retired for real and has no intentions of returning - Yes
If he is going to make a comeback - No

I understand those who said Yes...because he is inactive....atm !

Tentative yes, but if he gets a fight in place before May 1st (as in scheduled, not actually fighting before then) and that fight is signed and not too far off, then he can stay. That looks highly unlikely.

I'm sure getting 20mil for his next fight will help ease to pain.

Give him a full year then drop him, unless he has a fight scheduled by then.

GTFO with that list! PAc is one of the greatest of all time. Of all times! Donaire is flavor of the month and will be an ok fighter. It was just proper to thank his daddy last night because w/o Pac hes nothing.

Yes he should. Five fights in five years just ain't good enough to warrant a place in the top 10 IMO.

The only argument someone can make is that he should be completely removed due to inactivity. The arguments about dropping him out of the Top 3 to somewhere lower on the list are comical. He's the best fighter in the world whether you dislike his inactivity or not. Take him off or leave him on, but dropping him spots is laughable.

:nut Pacquaio is good no doubt, but he hasn't gone up against a fighter like Montiel. That win surpasses Pacquiao's win over Barerra
