I think he is!!!! [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zc6DkGuMBqk[/ame] The ending left me speechless
WHOAAAAA!!!!!! That uppercut knocked every water molecule off his head!!!! I think mebbe whats also being missed is Donaire's Timing.... I would say that Donaire has better timing than Pacquiao or Khan... If you got Speed & Timing & Natural Power, that makes you into an explosive KO artist, ala Tyson
Gamboa as a total package is faster than everybody. I am not sure about his stamina as he seems like a frontrunner. But dude is like lightning with hands and feet.
HOLY JEEBERZZZ batman! yeah... his hook flurries are just a BLURRRRRR, like a ****ing video game! Like all his punches on TV, they are crisp, clean, fast & heavy....
Khan, Gamboa and Pac are all faster than that. He was imitating Roy and Floyd in the middle of the vid..
Gamboa is like a RJJ who fights kinda like Mike Tyson offensively. Gamboa gots the goods offensively, but defensively..... Gamboa has problems with anyone who's got decent speed and good timing because his lousy defensive discipline. JM Lopez's left has great speed and possibly greater timing. Gamboa's gonna fall/rocked by that punch. Donaire will simply break him down with his punch intelligence, timing & speed
The problem is, he is Cuban and they had been out of the professional scene for 50+ years, younger ppl don't remember Kid Chocolate, Kid Gavilan, Luis M Rodriguez, Kid Paret, Ultiminio Ramos, Jose Legra, Mantequilla Napoles, Florentino Fernandez, Black Bill etc.. they think they been drop from another planet and that they don't know boxing back at the Island, in truth they eat and sleep with baseball and boxing, there is a documentary out on the internet about how they train from early age, those ignorants should buy it. Those fighters that I just mentioned were Champs when is was only one per weightclass, Ali copy much of his style from Luis M Rodriguez who was trained by Angel Dundee at the time.
Frontrunner? you just talking the talk or what? His last 2 fights he went the 12 round distance, and actually had a pretty decent showing for himself in the last rounds... you just youtubing him a bit?
