    Nah....he didn't. You can watch after that punch Donaire was fine. No effect! It it were a solid punch, then both fighters would go down to the canvas at the same time.

    Montiel was starting to land in the 2nd round. Look its over now and he got sparked but he was starting to close in at Donaire. Every fight Ive watched Nonito, he has been hit a few times. That African guy (forgot his name) gave him hell. Montiel might have been a great style for him but Montiel isnt really what I would call elite either. Z Gorres was beating him same with Hasegawa. It was a good win, the way the KO happened made this 10x more than what it was and that is anyone can be Koed any given night.

    The dude you're thinking of is Moruti Mthalane, who's actually a pretty good little fighter. That's an underrated win for Donaire.

    i think that donaire's "chin" still has to be tested. we'll find this out when he finally fights jml or gamboa.

    It's a punch you learn in the GYM but not as easy as it looks.Very quick, he fooled him. Got montiel thinking he landed his shot but KABANG does not see the left

    crashing to his head.He had Montiel commit to that shot NONITO basically rode that punch and countered.That's why this stoppage is high level stuff, very skilled

    this **** could go wrong.

    It was a strategic move to fool Montiel.This is why you know **** about the happening in the ring.He was timing that right watch his eye he allowed Montiel to get comfortable with that right.Throw it, and BOOM!! timed it.The thing that impressed me with punch is how he knew exactly when to roll with that shot and let his left crash into him.The timing was picture perfect.
