Very true, its a huge part of the sport unfortunately, but if both parties want and agree to it, then that should be their prerogative :yep
I agree kirk, if people want the insurance let them agree to it Killer makes a good, but crude, point. People might pick a result factoring in politics. Then again it's down to the individuals and what they decide. Freedom of speech and all that!
I agree with what people are saying about the robbery policy. That's the beauty and beast (pun intended :yep ) of boxing is that it's a subjective sport. That's the risk of making picks and taking bets.

It pits an established, p4p champion, vs a young, up and coming p4p talent (Vargas was rated 9th or 10th by the ring leading up to this fight I believe) Trinidad was the power punching star and Vargas the ferocious young warrior looking to claim his throne. They met in a violent clash and the fight lived up to any, and all, expectations. That's good . . . "if both parties" will agree. At least that's an open option. I won't participate in that too . . . I'll accept official results, irregardless how questionable it maybe. That's how it goes with the sport and that's how I knew it.

Kirk next to be in the spotlight should be all the posters of this thread. Damn interesting to read their views compared to alll the bull**** on the generel forum. Again, thanks guys for making this thread work :good
Betting is head to head not an overall ranking challenge. Particularly with two rival promoters, King and Oscar involved it's crucial to insure myself that I won't lose my easily earned Kirk cash TO TACKLEBERRY due to politics. At the end of the day, insuring is custom, and maybe will only be used with this Agbeko fight, so it doesn't forces anything on you. Like it, you take it, don't like it, you don't take it. :yep But we'll all laugh together at this when King Kong dominates Mares. :deal
While I'm very reluctant to make a bet with you BB, I would take the Mares vs Agbeko one :yep I only have This content is protected left to back Mares, you're up for it?
