Donaire has said that he wants to battle everyone from 118lbs to 126lbs. It's true, Rigondeaux will easily beat him and so does Gamboa. Those two will end his hope for the P4P rankings, mark my words!

    Opinions? :good

Could you post up some videos of the two and their best or most recent fights?

Sadly, I haven't followed the sub-130 divisions in a long time.

    Yawn.

Rigondeaux couldn't easily beat Cordoba, and Donaire is much better than Cordoba. How then, do you conclude that Rigondeaux would easily beat him?

He would beat Rigondeaux handily. Cheap potshotting doesn't work against faster, more powerful opponents with better timing.

Its very pre mature to start talking about Donaire as a FW , he has a lot of business and some great fights @122 or still @118 , so Gamboa at the moment is at least 12 months away , at least , so its irrelevant

Rigondeaux , as talented as he is , where you have it that he is beating on Donaire God himself must only know !!! :huh

FACT , Donaire will fight at FW , and he will make fights with people like Gamboa , Juanma , Vazquez Jr , Nishioka , Moliter , Elio Rojas , Chris John (if he's still active) very competetive , because he has the talent , its that simple , its dangerous to assume anything in boxing specially when a fighter is constantly going up in weight , but i think its a safe assumption Donaire will fight one day as a FW !! ...............

    id favour donaire over rigondeux.

not sure about gamboa. its a bit off a pick em fight. we dont know whether donaire can carry his power up even though hes big for his weight. we dont know whether putting on weight would slow him or if he can handle bigger punchers. let him get to he weight first and then we can judge

I love Gamboa but I think Donaire can figure him out. Rigondeaux is another story, that fight should be avoided because it will probably stink out the joint.

Donaires a superior PRO to Rigo. Gamboa might be too big tho. We shall see.

    Saludo compay,

This Filipino kid is on a mission for sure. If what he said after he destroyed Montiel is true, about him allowing Montiel to get in his rythm to set him up, then he's got some serious ring smarts. That's what you need to go up against a master counter puncher like Rigondeaux.

I would like to see what Donaire could do at 122 before I even start thinking about him against Gamboa or Lopez at 126.

I'd love to see what Donaire is capable of against the 122 and 126 pounders. Would love to see him in there with Rigondeaux, before stepping up to JML. I think Gamboa would be too big for thim though.

JML lopez's boxing skill is a stepdown from Rigondeaux and i beleive boxing skill is the most important thing to have against Donaire, not just size and power.

The type of ring craft and pure boxing ability Rigondeaux brings to the pro game is of a very very high standard !!!!

    BUT ..............

We seen glimpses in the Cordoba fight that is style is not completley suited to the proffesional game YET !!! , he himself has much to learn and to change in his style to adapt to the pro ranks , Juanma as it stands today is much better pro than Rigondeaux , levels of boxing aside :deal

Juanma is what every pro boxer should be aspire to be , well schooled , can box , can punch , immense strength , bags of heart , he has the lot AS A PRO , Rigo does not , right now today !!!
