and a Hard Puncher with very Agressive Style
I have see a Documentation From Bear This Man Kills 2 Guys in The Ring
He was Realy a Dangerous Fighter in His Prime
i go to TKO For Bear in The Late Rounds his Agressive Style would Stopping Wlad I Think so

    I have no idea.:huh

I've only been following boxing since the Larry Holmes era. I watch the Ali fights on classic, but that is about as far I go unless it a boxing documentary. I know next to nothing about Max Baer. I've heard of him though.

I think Wlads jab is one of the best weapons in boxing history. I really think Max Bear would struggle with finding a way around it. The only problem i c him giving Wlad is his relentlessness. If Wlad doesn't slow Max down any with his precision punching and Max just continues to come forward then I could see a late TKO for Bear. I just find that highly unlikely.

Baer has an excellent excellent chance with his wild and powerful style. I would actually bet on Baer. Wlad would win a couple rounds with his jab and keeping Baer off but Baer would eventually unload with a right hand and stop wlad in the mid rounds

Baer was a big guy for his era at 6'3 215. Given the fight taking place today, with all the training, expect him to add another 20 pounds of muscle. Wlad has a jab that would give him trouble, but expect Baer's relentless style to find his chin and unleash a hellish right hand and nighty night Wlad.

People keep measuring Wlad against his worst nights when he lost to lesser fighters than Baer and many others. What if you measure Baer against his 13 losses?

The best of Wlad is alert every second of every round, prepares well (unlike his lack of preparation for Sanders) and has significant advantages over Baer, better technique, timing, accuracy, height. Besides, Wlad with the smaller gloves of the 1930's becomes an absolutely lethal puncher. Baer was aggressive but threw punches that Wlad could see. Sander's straight right from a southpaw surprised him and Wlad didn't prepare for Sanders' style. Manny would prepare him well for Bear.

I think a bear eats Wladimir alive. Those are huge animals that devour everything in their path.:deal

So, I take Bear by KO.

Seriously, I haven't watched any Max Baer fight, so I can't tell.

This would be an interesting fight. Baer actually had some skills, he just didn´t bother most of the time. He didn´t take anything serious and still managed to build a decent resume and becoe hw champion. At his best he is a danger to every one due to his power, chin, stamina and decent skills. And he wasn´t small either. Against Wlad it would look like a typical Klitschko fight with Wlad jabbing throwing some left hooks and right hands inbetween and clinching. But Baer certainly is able to put more pressure on Wlad than anyone around today, he´d trouble him more and if he lands seriously he would make Wlad going into his panic mode and finish him off. If he takes Wlad seriously and shows of at his best, like he did against Carnera and Schmeling, this is what happens. If he shows up like he did against Braddock he get´s decisioned while looking like an accident.

Wlad taps down Max the Bear's paw with his extended left hand and drills him with the right for a first round KO.

I rewatched Baer's fight with Carnera the other day and WOW! He was an absolute animal. Brutal display of power.

I have watched enough footage of Max Baer to reasonably conclude that I don't like his chances against Wladimir Klitschko at all.. And Baer's destruction of the giant Primo Carnera, doesn't change much for me.. The only thing that Carnera and Klit had in common was shear size.. That's it... Wlad is a very polished technician, with power in both hands, and let's not forget that Carnera had a sprained ankle for most of his fight with Baer, which may have led to some of those knockdowns.. I respect Baer for his power and durability, but his technique left much to be desired. Every time he threw those wide looping shots, he left himself open to counter attack, which is bad chemistry against a man, with a significant reach, solid jab, decent defense, and lot's of power..

Personally this looks like a mismatch..

There's a chance though, Wlad goes into panic mode if being bombarded with shots from a puncher like Baer.

There is always the off chance that a big puncher could catch a guy with a shaky chin and force an upset loss... But some of these things have to be weighed on a reasonable level of probability when doing fantasy match-ups. Wlad has fought and survived against numerous punchers, where as the only man who Baer ever fought who was as good or better than Wlad was Joe Louis, who had been fighting for maybe 1 year, had around 20 pro fights, yet destroyed him in 4 rounds... The stats don't ad up in his favor..
