If by "floored" you mean "knocked down", then Yes. Some would argue he was floored in the Mosley fight, too. Twice!
It was a flash KD. Should have been counted as such. It still wouldn't have changed the outcome of the fight. If anything he may have pressed Zab harder for a more definitive outcome.
