definately boxing. although ali was once asked why he didn't choose football and he said because that's too dangerous. don't know if he meant it as a joke or he was serious. i once said the same thing to the school football coach who knew i boxed a little and wanted to recruit me for his team. he looked at me and i said, in boxing i'm getting hit my people who weigh the same as me, on the football field i'm getting hit by people who will outweigh by like 30, 40, or even more. i weighed 140.

Rugby is simple to play, but very very stressful on the body and takes a lot of strength and balls. I don't like baseball, but it does took years to be able to catch balls coming at you that fast and catch a fly ball when it is windy outside in the out field. Not to mention trying to hit a fastball, but I still think it's a pussyass sport

Nothing comes close to professional body-building, it's basically 24/7/365.
