    Roberto Duran's defense is generally underrated when you look at a young duran he was very hard to hit always keeping pressure on but when you look at it opponents shots mostly hit arms and gloves or missed :thumbsup

    Honestly the shoulder roll is not that risky. It is however hard as hell to mount an effective offense out of if you aren't fast or have no anticipation. If a guy is better than you he will split your guard, punch under/around your elbows, or punch your ears as easily as he would if you were in ANY defense.
