I respect Lewis too, as I respect your above post. But I don't appreciate ignorance, as displayed by many haters/huggers on this forum.

When I worked weights back in my twenties I also had the same back as Golota. I went to see the doc and he told me my pours were clogged from sweating. I never took steroids.

The only part of the story that stinks is that Lewis can't really get 100% credit for the W over Golota.

All the NY times did was report what Golota told them. Don't make is sound like one of the reports was there when it happened, he wasn't. He's basically just taking Golota word at face value.

We'll never know but back then Golota was in his prime. Surely if the likes of Tua and Mavrovic could go the distance with Lewis, so could Golota, and then some.

Yeah. OK. What sort of injection did he have before the Brewster fight?

Golota seemed to have mysterious health issues or problems every time he got in the ring with somebody that could crack.
Against guys like Byrd and Ruiz he was fine.
    Coincidence?

Well it's really only a fluke if you think the fight would have unfolded differently had Golota not been on drugs. The fact he's been blown out several times, leads me to think the same result would have taken place regardless of whether or not the drug incident is true.

FAIL. If they fought 9 more fights Lewis would have possibly ended up like Bowe.

Really? You seem to know more than ESPN, boxrec, and the New York Times. Do your homework and get back to us.

Brewster has nothing to do with this thread.
What injection did Lewis have against McCall?
    Come on man.

    :goodExactamondo.

Fair enough, but when your talking about a professional sportsmen those symptoms 95% of the time mean steroid abuse. I don't know if Andrew was or was'nt, but it was definately mine and my friends thoughts when we watched the fight live. Lewis gets 100% credit from me.

:dealCorrect. Has as already been stated earlier.

But Mavrovic and Tua both had iron chins.

    :huh Really!!!

Golota's chin was superb in his prime. The punches Golota absorbed from Bowe is more than proof.

Mavrovic and Tua were at least a whole level under Golota.
