David Haye at #3 speaks a lot about the Brits.

That's not really accurate. There are so many different spellings of Wladimir, Vitali, and Klitschko that if you were to add all of those variations up, it easily surpasses David Haye...at least according to the Google Keyword Tool.

This confirms what I noticed on Yahoo last week. Except at this particular point in time Pac wasn't just #1 among boxers, Pac was just simply #1. :deal

Because of Pacquiao fans researching him before he fought Manny. Pac fans do their research and are not as uneducated as many seem to think. Most of the top guys had big fights recently and that's why you see Yuri Foreman's name. James Toney is ranked very high most likely because of his MMA fight.

Money May should be #1. 250,000 monthly searches on Pac are from Mayweather himself. The rest are the *******s. You do the math!

#11 Arthur Abraham - former MW champ (never lineal) who never left Germany to defend his title, who has a pretty boring style for 95% of each of his fights until he lands a big punch, and who has been a miserable failure at super middleweight.

#22 Sergio Martinez - current and LINEAL MW champ with matinee idol looks and an always-exciting style in the ring, coming off two sensational wins over top fighters and voted Fighter of the Year for 2010.

    :-(

This proves that the majority of people are idiots, and things like "popularity" should be taken with about a million grains of salt.

This has to be active fighters, Ali , Leonard and Robinson all come up on google within a couple of letters.

Ricky Hatton from recent times comes up before Gervais and Martin , so must still be popular.

That is what I figured, too - but #66, Jermain Taylor...:?

Inactive for well over a year now, even if he is planning on eventually coming back.
