    There is no debate here! Lopez had great boxing skills, he was the ultimate technician with power. His balance was incredible as well. Unfair to compare almost anyone in terms of boxing skills to Ricardo Lopez!

    lopez. he was like a robot with the perfect program. what you programmed into him in theory, he executed in practice. he was not blessed with unatural power or particularly gifted athletically but he knew how to solve any problem in the ring with the science of boxing. he was a master with every tool a boxer can carry into the ring.

    Lopez - he was technically perfect.

    Always in position, always on balance, he threw quick, powerful, smooth combinations and was an excellent counter-puncher.
