We don't know that he killed himself. We are talking about a prison in a country where the guards could be paid to look the other way. Hugo Chavez himself could have ordered it.

I'm sorry but I'm not buying that vodka and bad weed made him kill his wife. I don't care how high I ever get, I'd never hurt certain people. This would be like a mother getting high on coke and cutting her sons throat and then blaming it on the coke. I don't care if Casey Anthony was on coke, I don't want to hear her excuses. And I don't want to hear OJ's excuses either

Shocking. He was definatly mentally ill. Its absolutely terrible what happened.

How did it come to that? You think he would have been enjoying his life? Mental illness is no joke. What a waste of two lives.

By the way i still think he was executed and not suicide

Schizophrenia doesn't make people violent. No excuse.

No excuse for brutally murdering an innocent women, he may have been a great talent but he was clearly scum as a person to do that.

Very tragic but the only people i have any sympathy for are the Wife, the Children and the loved ones of all of them.

Well, apparently his drug of choice was cocaine and cocaine doesn't stay in your system very long..something like 72 hours or so.

Combined with drugs it definately does! One of my relatives tried to stab his brother and mother with this disease and high on ice/crystal meth.

Anyway, does not take any responsibility away from Valero for getting out of his mind on drugs and killing his wife. Diminished responisbility is a ****ing bull**** defence, no matter what the crime.
