Darchinyan and Montiel are on the same level that Toney and Hopkins?

The thing is when one of their hero gets beat up, they come out poison excuses, the fight was stop premature and the guy is in coma, the ref was against the fighter, he got robbed and he was beat up from pole to pole.

Actually Montiel and Darchinyan were both ranked top 10 P4P. Only Toney was when Roy fought him. Anyway, I'm not comparing those fighters with each other. I'm comparing Donaire and Roy Jones. Donaire is at that stage in his career Jones was at after he shocked the world by clowning Toney for 12 and cemented himself as a top P4P fighter.

Donaire does have more skill than Pacquiao at this weight. Pac developed into the fighter he is over a period of years. He used to just have one or two really good punches and now he has every punch. Donaire already has every punch.

He looks like a prime RJJ. He has the speed. The power. The reflexes. The footwork. He threw a jab from a position only RJJ throws the up jab, and his punches are so fast you can barely see them.

He deserves to be mentioned among the best right now. I think any logical to 5 p4p list includes Donaire along with Martinez, Mayweather, Pacquiao and Marquez.
He has the talent/skills/ability to be an ATG, but only time will tell.

It's good to see Nonito living up to the potential!! I wouldnt mind seeing his only defeat and how much he has improved since?

Yea, he's definitely shown that he's ATG material.

The footage of Donaire dominating a guy who looks like a newborn baby really, really impresses people here? Okay, Donaire is exceptional, the performance was beautiful, but Montiel looked like a little boy in the ring next to Donaire, who has the frame of a Super Bantam/Featherweight. He was supposed to be faster, he was supposed to be stronger, and this was all pretty much conventional wisdom before the first bell rings...so why are people flipping out? I don't really get it. People flipped out at Martinez knocking Williams stone dead because nobody had predicted it...nobody could foresee Martinez, not a big puncher, knocking Williams out with one shot, who was known for having a sturdy chin, and who towered over his opponent on fight night.

How good do I think Darchinyan was on the night he lost, or any night for that matter? Not all that great, really. He's awkward and he hits very hard, but I don't ever think he was an outstanding fighter. Likewise, Montiel is wonderful, he was particularly good at the lower weights, but his fame came at Bantamweight from finding a knockout blow against a fighter who was out boxing him. Again, this happens in Boxing, but I put it to you all today that the wins over Darchinyan and Montiel are good or very good wins, not "great" wins. Donaire held every conconceivable physical advantage in both outings.

He's a hell of a fighter...leave it at that, for now.

Montiel is a midget compare to Nonito and one punch ko is that, one punch, you can b lucky, you can b skillful and you can b fast, the bottom line is anyone can land a punch and get the opponent out of there, does nonito have skills and talent? Of course he does, did he is an ATG? Not now, not yet, but a lot of fans and make him out to b a superman, they have him steamrolling all the way to Canelo going through Mares, Peres, Agbeko, Kameda, Gamboa, lopez, De Leon, Rigondeaux, Vasquez jr. Khan and Canelo. I think is a little too much.
