I used to drink eggs at any moment throughout the day. Eggs are loaded with goods.

That is true, also I would not recommend drinking them since you can get salmonella

I've drank raw eggs a few times.
The only thing hard to swallow is the thick yoke.
From my understanding from what I read through, despite it being raw, you don't actually get that much more of a benefit from eating it that way. To me, just seems like a gimmick more than anything.

raw eggs can carry serious diseases like salmonella, don't do it. anyway your stomach has a harder time digesting stuff your body hates, so it might take longer to digest raw eggs and might even make you puke.
and yes, too many eggs per day can make you sick cos its rich in lots of nutrients.

No, not at all. Eggs are extremely healthy in fact. There is no reason not to boil them first though. The whole cholesterol story is a giant hoax from the sixties.

The chance of salmonella is ridiculously small, and even if you do get it all it will do is give you some stomach aches and a headache. Only if you are a small child or a senior citizen in bad health, it could be dangerous. About 1 in 5000 eggs is infected with salmonella, in the Netherlands about 50.000 people a year contract salmonella and about 30 of them die. There are more ways to contract salmonella, like eating improperly cooked meat, not washing your hands, touching your pet, etc.

Chance an egg is infected: 0.02%
Chance someone dies when infected: 0.06%

And even the 0.06% is misleading because those are old sick people who are pushed over the edge, and only a part of those salmonella infections was caused by a raw egg. I would not worry about it.

Salmonella is about as serious as a regular flu.

Nutrients are bad for you? :think

It's quite difficult to eat too many eggs. If you want to eat so many it's bad we're probably talking 20+ a day.

no dude but too much of any rich food can make you sick, like meat or whatnot. however it would be useful to find an article or study on this, don't you think

Yeah its really no big deal, as long as they don't stink there is a pathetically low chance of getting anything, I don't really like cooked eggs and drinking them tastes of nothing except a slightly gluey texture, add a bit of chocolate milk or something and its fine.

My advice is to blend the raw egg so its an even texture.

6-12 eggs a day is never a bad idea.

Not because of a nutrient overdose. Seriously it takes a lot of eggs to overdose on it.

There are many, do a search on google or look in the previous egg threads we had on this forum. I could dig up some when I get home.

Might be nasty the first few times when you're not used to it. The trick is to make sure you DRINK the entire egg and not crack the yolk in your mouth. Raw cracked yolk doesn't taste very good.

I don't know if there's any benefits to doing it raw instead of cooking. I ate them raw out of convenience. There's no frying or pans involved.
