People are born with a propensity for violence. Valero was a natural violent human being. There are numerous stories of him being an abusive husband and a bully. Do you blame all that on schizophrenia? I don't. Most people who have that mental illness or any mental illness even while on drugs aren't violent. Lots of people use coke and meth and have schizophrenia and don't kill or beat their wives or their mothers.
I seriously doubt he had schizophrenia. I dont know who diagnosed him but that is in all likelihood some family Dr. who doesnt know anything about mental health. A lifetime of violence usually is an axis 2 type diagnosis. It is possible he had a borderline personality or IMO and more likely a personality disorder on axis 2. The difference is I bet you saw this behavior prior to onset of a schizotypical trait. The drug use is very common to a person who is not treated adequately. Many people use it to self medicate. Throw in the difficulty of an axis 2 disorder and what you have is a recipe for disaster. I wouldnt be surprised to learn he didnt take any medcations and wasnt under the care of a competent psychiatrist.
I once heard a great quote a long time ago (back in college): "The People who appear to have it all, are usually the ones that are the most DISTURBED".
Dr Shawhi is damn good at everything he does! That's why he is consulted in Venezuela! But seriously. I've read that Edwin had been doing hard drugs and drinking since he was 12. His brain was probably fried for a while and it doesn't surprise me that he'd be prone to fits of violence.
Anyone remember when Berto's dumbass twitted that it was all Valero's wife's fault right after it was reported Valero had died.
coke and concussions he is a coward for killing an defenseless woman....and taking his children's mother
