Certainly not prime, but he's more experienced obviously. So like an aging B-Hop, he can make more out of the lesser work he does.

No, and by a wide margin. I said before he has adjusted well to his more flat foot style, but he is not the same with his footwork and even his handspeed has slowed some. If he continues to fight another 2-3 years for sure he will lose.

I said this last year, he legs are not shot but he cannot do what he did 10 years ago with movement, its evident if you watch the mosley fight. I noticed it even in the marquez fight and did a post on it here. Floyd is a masterful defensive fighter, but he does rely somewhat on his athleticism. Not as dramatic as a tyson or a rjj, but mark my words when age catches him which it already is some, he will lose.

in his prime, he knew he had a realistic and decent chance of losing by ko to the likes of cotto, margarito, williams, and younger shane. now that he is older, he wants 100% sure win bouts against the likes of a bloated jmm and hatton. shane confirmed the reason why he had to retire in the first place. thus, the extended vacation now.

On his last performance, he is not yet far removed from it. Given his inactivity though, there will be no way to determine properly should he fight Pac late this year or mid next year off a year 1/2 to 2 year break.

He is prime. He can fight for years to come bc of his skill level and his ring IQ and even if he doesn't move like he use to he still has incredible body reflexes. Hell the only way Hopkins is still fighting on a top level is bc of his skill and ring IQ.
