China chinned mega fraud Haye intended to build his rep in the US off the back of Roy Jones' name. He figured he'd get the pics online and to the media and rumours would spread of a potential fight between the two.

However, what Haye didn't bank on was Roy wanting the fight - Haye soon realised he was in over his head and the thought of fighting a slick, black fighter like Jones was not one that he liked. Haye had been planning to have another 14 months off and then fight the Harrison rematch.

However, with Audley still recovering from their first war, David needed an opponent quickly before momentum can build on the Jones fight and he said goodbye to his paper title. So, he ropes in some Eurobum with a record full of fat, disabled Americans who has already been exposed by a golfer! Does this guy have no shame!

what a fraud. i can imagine his excuses now.

"yes but but this european fella has two title belts, he's been a champ for ages now."

not exactly a 4 weight former p4p ruler now is it david!

this man has no shame at all.

Haye blatantly ducks one of only two heavyweight champions to never lose at the weight? Disgusting and shameful. All for what? To fight glass jawed bum Wlad?!

    Coward!

i know! he has a chance here to practically beat joe louis!

i mean louis lost to marciano
marciano was an unbeaten hw champ
jones was an unbeaten hw champ

therefore beating jones puts haye above joe louis!

but he turns it down to fight someone who lost to a golfer!

    Let's keep it real.

Haye doesn't need RJJ at this point. It's a waste of time. :deal

And Wlad is?! He's choosing to fight a guy who was BRUTALLY KNOCKED OUT by Sanders, Brewster and Purrity, instead of fighting only the second undefeated heavyweight champion in history? A man who was the best fighter in the world for many years?

    Shameful :-(

Haye is claiming being the best heavy in the world, in fact he said he is better than Ali . . . can fighting and beating up an old washed up RJJ add up to his claim in the heavy weight division?

Where the **** is your brain? :think

Yes Wlad was Kayoed by Sanders, Brewster and Purity but he came back and captured the IBF and WBO Heavyweight Titles, not to mention the IBO. He is the one on top of the chain in Heavy weight Class.

And Jones Jr? He got kayoed by Tarver, Glen Johnson and Danny Green at the lower weight class and what does he have now? Undefeated heavyweight in the world because he is a paper champ at the heavies.

Shameful . . . you're an idiot to come up with that kind of argument.

Technically, Haye has never lost at heavyweight either. Gene Tunney never lost at heavyweight. Shall I name more?

I saw the stare down Jones/Haye. Haye will never fight a Klitschko.

No point fighting someone who could end your career, when there is easy money to be made elsewhere. This is a business after all. He'll probably get paid more to fight that overrated eurobum anyway.
