Let me give you the lowdown on Marquez......

Started his career at the age of 20 years old at featherweight 126 lbs.......

Spent a full 13 years fighting as a featherweight 126 lbs.

Marquez did'nt make a weigh jump to 130 lbs till he was 33 years old........

Marquez spent 2 years at 130 lbs and currently is fighting at 135 lbs.

This man from the age of 20 to his current age of 37 has gone from 126 lbs to 135 lbs, a difference of a ****ing 11 lbs in 17 ****ing years in the sport........

Wow, that smells and reeks of a PED user does'nt it?:nut

.......and btw, Marquez speed and combination punching is not what it was when he was in his twenties. His speed in his early to mid 20's was better than his speed in his early 30's, and this was before he even made a weight jump.:deal

exactly. It doesn't. Nothing strange for a boxer doing well in they're 30s. You just contradicted yourself.

Now give us your low down on Martinez who's better now than he was throughout his career.

They tried it ONCE against the Margarito fight. After finding out Pac's not comfortable with it, they decided not to do it again. Hence they're never going back higher than welterweight. :patsch

    Unbeliavable these haters. ;)

I can see some Mexican duplicating this feat, theoretically speaking of course.

Turn pro at 14, win 1st title at 16, grow into each new division until they're 26-7ish.

Pac could have stayed at 126, but his body couldn't handle it so he moved up to 130, then 135(Diaz) jumped all the way to 147(DLH) weighing 142 lbs. then go back down 140 lbs. (hatton) then up 145-147 lbs (Cotto & Clottey) then finally at 150 lbs (margo) where he couldn't even reach the limit weighing just 148 lbs on fight night. In all those fights, Pacquiao weighed 148 at max. -- his natural weight. JMM spent 13 years as featherweight! 13 ****ing years, that's a lot of wasted opportunity to show your skills on higher weights, why didn't he moved up when he was still young? can't he take the risk?

divac, if not for pac, do you think jmm would have gone up to 135 on his own accord?
