Will Pacquiao be the first man to stop Mosley?

    I'm not a gambler at all, but I decided to put a small bet on this fight, as even though Shane has never been stopped he's been looking old of late. I feel a stoppage of some sorts is on the cards, what do the ESB faithful think?

    If Floyd had applied more pressure he would have, so it doesn't take a genius to work this one out. Unless Mosley shocks the world within the first 4, this has TKO/Richardson stopping the fight all over it

    I'm pretty sure the fight won't go the distance. High possiblity that Both guys can win via stoppage. Pac might not be able to knock down (out) Mosley but pretty sure it'll be either by Ref or Richardson who will stop the fight.

    naz was close to throwing in the towel against floyd, mosley looked even worse against mora, i would safely say power pellet pac stops him.

    Mosley seems to do well for about 5-6rounds and then run out of energi...Ithink pacquiao will have a tough fight for some rounds,and then AGAIN pick mosley apart...Idont expect this fight to go the distance,i think either Richardson or the referee will stop the fight in the later rounds...After round 9.Pacquiao continues to fight at the same pace in round 1 as in round 11,Mosley can´t stand that kind of pressure IMO.
    But Pacquiao has to fight very smart cause mosley CAN knock manny out early on if he just stand in front of him trading to much...It wont go the distance,and pacquiao´s gonna win.But i look forward to a great fight,with lots of fireworks..

    Thanks for the input guys, I guess I just needed some reassurance as I have money riding on this now! lol

    I did think that against Floyd if he'd (Floyd) stepped on the gas a bit more he could have easily forced the stoppage. I don't think Floyd hits as hard as Pacquiao, but he's deadly accurate and imo his power is VERY deceptive, but on the flip side Pacquiao throws a lot more and really sits down on some of his punches and can hurt him with either hand.

    Going to be a difficult one to watch, I love Shane and am a long time fan of his, but I can't help but feel at this stage of his career this has mismatch written all over it.

    So he will be bribed with "campaign money" not to hurt SSM too much? :huh
    This will probably a referee intervention, or a corner stoppage. Don't expect Manny to "flatton" Shane.

    I have a feeling the fight will be such a mismatch, that Pacquiao will carry the fight for a UD.
