A monster, who KO's all of his opponents in a maximum of 4 rounds. Who has 1/20 to 1/40 betting odds and is deemed unbeatable in his prime.

Or a technical HW with a very good jab, and has some good power, who is about 50/50 on KO ratio in his titledefences and has a lot of close matches in it but always seems to come out on top even against the odds.

    CLARIFICATION:
Both fighters will fight any challenger, at any time at any place and are undisputed champions... So no problems with unifications or any of that crap.

The Heavyweight division needs the first one, in my opinion.

Someone who isn't afraid to mix it up with a killer instinct and great power. Gets knocked down, dusts himself off and wades back in. Ditches all of the belts and fights the best.

A Heavyweight Champ who will fight anybody without bullshits and who will unify all the belts.

Assume they'll do that both, because they're both enormously confident.

    I'll make an addendum :good

Would be fun to see number 1 type fighter..

They say boxing needs it, but i don't care, not really a fan of the heavies anyway.

My preference is for someone who can get outsiders interested in boxing, someone who is exciting, entertaining, brave and LOOKS like an athlete, not some guy from down the pub.

A new Tyson would be ace, but you really need more than 1 guy to generate interest, doesn't matter if he's the GOAT, if there are no decent opponents for him to fight.

I really want to see another Joe Frazier. Classy and hardworking guy who would swarm, bob and weave the **** out of Wlad Klitschko ! (I like the Klits, but some change is needed)

We need a bloodthirsty animal, an absolute KO machine, who tries to kill you every round. :deal

It would save the dying interest in the Heavyweight division.

Why choose one when you can have BOTH?

I guess Mike Tyson and Rocky Movies convinced us we need brutal wars and viscous KO's to be a good HWT Champ

But in all honesty I'd love another brilliant Ali, Holmes, Joe Louis, Gene Tunney

I mean Joe Louis could KO you at anytime but he was technical

Id rather some good boxing first
