all Haye had to do was sign before the chisora cut off date... haye didnt/wouldnt, so wlad went for a sure thing in case haye pulled more bull**** moves... based on the past BS from Haye with fights and the brothers... can you really blame Wlad for taking a sure thing?

CHEF, unless you can confirm that the fight is 100% certain to happen I'm going to have to kindly ask you to go away and not return until you have some better news for us.

For me, as a casual boxing fan, Haye vs Wlad is apart from Froch vs Ward about the only fight that I can be bothered to watch. Both fighters has good speed and power. Haye has proven his talent and Wlad is exciting from the perspective that it is hard to measure if he is beatable or not. His rematches against Sam Peter and Brewster indicates that he has a good learning curve, and he seems to be a very dedicated technichan. :bbb

Yeah, give it two more pages and it'll all fall into place. And when it does, well, egg on your face for being so cynical

No. Wlad did the right thing.

Haye pulls out in 2009 and if Haye pulls out in 2011, Wlad waste another year on David Haye.

IMO Wlad is the real WBA Champ with the win over Chagaev.

Of course Wlad did the right thing. The proof is that Haye/Booth, those twin fountains of misinformation are now apparently close to signing.

And after all that nonsensical empty rhetoric of Haye/Booth over the last month and a half, radio shows saying that Wlad has "bottled it" etc, bleating about all the "concessions" they had to make, it's now shown to be just that...empty rhetoric!!

    Chef, any news mate?

You are really the only credible "source" we have on here.
