So what is our sport , UFC F being for " fighting " apparently , or is it MMA mixed martial arts ??????? , what about Pride , Strikeforce , Bellator , what is the significance of this ?? thats how ludacrus your post sounds ........ its martial arts brother , not a Jean Claude Vandamme movie , its derived from martial arts !!!!!!!! , what do you not get about this

When did i say i was going to kick somebody's ass ?? :huh and what relevance do my posts hold to the WWE ??

    Anyway .................

Look mate ive just read your post twice , and i really dont know where this argument has gone ........... im confused , ill answer as best i can .

You claim that the points coring system is irrelevant in MMA ?? , why ?? , its relevant in every single discipline that makes up MMA so why not MMA , why is being a strategic fighter not " proper fighting " :D in your opinion ??

You seem to completley refuse to engage that controlling an opponent from the top requires any skill , and this is where my observation comes in that you have no respect for every aspect of MMA , wrestling is a huge part of MMA and you do not control talented fighters from the top without being very well versed and world class in the art of wrestling , specially when your opponents are world class mixed martail artisists , oh sorry there not are they ?? there just fighters !! :nono , this is the aspect of the sport you call " STALLING " , when in actual fact , it takes years of wrestling against top level wrestlers to develop a top game as good as Rashad Evans's , please explain the term stalling , because what it is , in technical terms , is the superior ability to CONTROL your opponent from the top position and not allow to be offensive during an MMA fight :deal that requires skill , and lots of it !!

Rashad Evans could be a little more active from the top , i grant you that , but he's not , it does not make him boring and the constant referral to JOHN RUIZ is as commical as it is baffling , to respect a fighter you need to have an understanding of what they bring to the table as an MMA fighter , and Rashad Evans is first and foremost a wrestler , who has adapted his skill set so that he can actually stand on the feet effectively with any fighter in the division , that shows a special type of athlete , thats why he's the number 1 contender , thats why he's ranked in the top 10 - 205 lb fighters in the world , or should i say top 5 !!

Im confused as to where this argument has gone , but i tried my best

The relevance to the post and WWE? Maybe you should go back and read your own post about **** talking. I haven't said that a point system is irrelevant, at all. I have said that the intention of the point system which you cannot seem to grasp is that it should exist for the sake of determining a fight, only in the case when fighters CANNOT finish one another off. It may be that they are very well matched and cancel one out each others skill set, and scoring ends up being the only way to determine a fight that would become brutal, boring or inhumane if it were to continue.

I'm confused where your argument has gone to be honest. Initially you are there defending Rashad Evans because you cant detach yourself from his sack, now all of a sudden your trying to nit pick me because you can't figure out why you find the homo eroticism of the stall so entertaining and skillful.

Let me make it clear to you. There is a difference between stalling, and top control. What Rashad has a tendency to do is use his ability to control as a wrestler to stall a fight. Its one thing to pull something like a younger Couture. To stuff someone against the cage for the purpose of dragging dragging them down, for the purpose of actually gaining top control, to improve position from guard to side mount to full mount for the purpose of setting up a submission or gnp. I explained this to you already when you wrongfully, and ignorantly/borderline ******edly compared GSP's style to Rashads. :verysad

Rashad doesn't use control to set anything up. He uses control to stall. When I say stall, I mean stall. :-( I'm more than aware of how good a wrestler Rampage is. As I said before, if I were so ****ing incredible a wrestler that I could control the likes of Rampage Jackson, I'd take it a step further and develop a sub/ gnp game. The likes of which we don't see from Rashad Evans. There, now that's three times I've said that. :deal

Rashad knew damn well he wasn't going to strike with Rampage. He sure as hell didn't attempt to sub him, or gnp his face in.. So it's clear his strategy was to force a wrestling match in which he would never try to finish Rampage. :deal
