If we had a "year for year best fighter" category, on the other hand, Hopkins would be far and away #1.

I think if fighter A wins the round clearly but gets put down he should lose 10-9. Not always 10-8.

 

go back and look at the first jermain taylor fight. duane ford scored the last round to taylor. hopkins clearly won that round. if duane ford scored it correctly to hopkins, it would have been a draw. anyway , duane ford's judging scores puzzle me - he is one the worse judges in nevada. jerry roth is one of the best.

lose clearly? both taylor fights i scored for bhop.he outlanded taylor in the 2nd fight of about 100 to 60 power punches! by the way, in the polls after the 1st fight, most people voted that bhop won. also, the press row scored it to hopkins.
