    Round 8

Chilemba DOWN off a right hand. Vlasov catches Chilemba twice trying to shoot in and manages to keep his arms higher, pushing Chilemba's head down and springing backward to get separation. Chilemba tries desperately to cling to him or land his own big overhand right on the way in but Vlasov is keeping him at the end of his right hand and puts him down AGAIN off another straight one. Big overhand right from Vlasov after Chilemba rises yet again to try and jump in the pocket. Vlasov follows as Chilemba abandons his pursuit of the inside and starts to retreat behind a jab. Vlasov goes down several feet away from Chilemba, slipping. Chilemba lands a couple of nice blows just before the bell as he finally reaches the inside space as Vlasov slows down.

    10-7 Vlasov

Wow this is turning into a really good fight. I have Chilemba ahead 6 rounds to 2 through 8, I gave that last round to Vlasov 10-7, but Chilemba was coming on strong. Good fight.

    Round 9

Chilemba is scoring well from mid range with his 1-2. Vlasov has his head rocked by a right hand as he now launches himself inside to initiate a clinch. Chilemba keeps his distance and fixates his jab on Vlasov's face. Chilemba is putting his head down and crowning himself with his forearms, pushing into Vlasov's chest and driving him back. Vlasov tries to flurry down the middle but is countered with some quick wide body shots underneath as Chilemba keeps pushing into him.

    Nice bounce-back.

    10-9 Chilemba

This is much better than I anticipated. Let's see who wants it more.

Vlasov needs a KO to win it IMO, I have Chilemba ahead 7 rounds to 2.
