I think you're right. "Scared" is the wrong word. On the contrary, he made a cold, rational, calculation: "this guy might beat me". This guy is really, really good and he might beat me. It's not worth the risk.

No. He'll not fight Pacquiao until the little guy is slowing down.

I agree. He will fight him but only when he knows he will beat him. He is not too sure he will beat him now. Manny's speed scares him a little I think.

I don't think he was ever truly serious. Did he go out of his way to call Pac out the 1st time around? No, and that's in his character to do...IF it was someone he wanted to fight. Then he waits until AFTER Pac-Marg is finalized to start talking ****...I mean, come on...even his hard core fans can't deny this.

If you are Floyd, and you can earn as much money fighting lesser threat, why would you fight Pac and risk getting KTFO cold?

    :patsch:patsch

I just wrote a contract to fight you and signed it. Written into the contract is that you have to eat my ******* for 3 hours before the fight starts.

If you don't sign the contract you're ducking me.

At first yes...had Pac struggled with Hatton and Cotto, this fight would have been on a long time ago. But Pac just keeps destroying these dudes bigger than him so no way Floyd was gonna take the chance. Like everyone else said, after Cotto, this fight was dead. The way Pac dominated Clottey and Margarito sure didn't help the cause.
