    There is such a thing as having dual citizenship. Maybe you people need to go out more and see that your world isnt confide to jsut one country.

    American citizen.

    Filipino bloodline.

    He emigrated to the US when he was already in grade school. So he speaks pretty good Tagalog (official national language) and he probably speaks better Bisaya (the native, local language in the central/southern Philippine islands, where he was from.)
