Pacquiao was so conerned with fighting JMM that he gave him a rematch.

Those videos are perfect proof that no matter who the fighter is, his resume can always be picked at and discredited. Only two years ago we were laughing at the thought of Pacquiao hanging with the likes of Oscar, Margarito, Hatton and Cotto. Now that he's destroyed them all, we're here criticizing the wins. Now will we see the same thing with JMM? We're campaigning for the third fight and we're saying Pacquiao hasn't improved that much, but what will we be saying if Pacquiao ends up beating him convincingly?

I can't wait for this fight to happen.

Saying that Cotto knew how to box is quite accurate. Saying that a much bigger man than Marquez who had good counters might give Pac problems is perfectly rational in hindsight. It's not, however, comparing welterweight Cotto to feather and super featherweight Marquez in league.

THe actual video is more about what troubles emmanuel inside of the irng than his resume. Pay attention to the actual boxing instead of the politics of boxing.

No point in trying to educate. They think the video is hating on Manny and its not. The guy is even giving Manny his props.

Maybe the video maker shouldn't have shown his face. You know how defensive everyone gets whenever a black kids talks about emmanuel

    I've watched the videos.

His main arguement centres around the fact that, unlike the other opponents since 2008, JMM used the ring more and forced Pacquiao to commit and walk into counters. Which is something we're all too aware of. But in the process he completely discredits the Cotto, Hatton, Margarito and Clottey wins, and the good things Manny did in those fights - in particular the Cotto one.

Which is why I said if you can pick Manny's wins, then you can pick apart anyones. Whether it's JMM, Floyd, Klitschkos, Hopkins, or whoever, I can sit down and make a video about their opponents and give a cherry-picking analysis.

But like I said, I can't wait for this fight to be finally made. Because if Pacquiao wins convincingly, I want to see what other excuses are going to be given.

Uncle Rico is right about one big thing, that he did a crappy job of trying to analyze what Pac noticeably got better at. IMO, there's a big gap between the Hoya Pac and the FW Pac in a couple areas:

    drawing and countering
punch variety and quality(better hooks and uppers, single shots thrown with more authority and diversity of combinations)
    glove blocking
    feints
    overall footwork

I think that if ya watch Pac you can see these things for yourself. I don't think it's farfetched to say that he has improved, years and years at the world level and more time with a good trainer will do that. I don't really need a YT video to break down Pac's career for me, I know what gives him trouble and what he can dominate because i've watched his career myself.

I picked Pacquiao to end Cotto in 5 rounds. Did you not see Cotto at 140? Hell against Judah? His porous defense against MArgarito? Clottey chasing him around the ring before the Pacquiao fight?
