He is also the real WBA champion Rios is a paper champ in the same way Maidana will be.

 

Rios is far more refined and is a better fighter than Maidana, his punches are more compact and his more accurate. Also as the Acosta fight went on he got better defensively. His power speaks for itself, and I'm not sure Maidana has beaten a fighter as good as Acosta.
