To be honest i can imagine it being pretty brutal over a decent period of time.

Looks alot like hardwork but fun.

 

It's very very hard all the lads were gaspin after a couple of rounds with this on, the lack of oxygen creates more red blood cells which makes you fitter!

 

I saw a guy come out to octagon in UFC on Saturday and Rogan said that it thins the air but there's a lot of controversy over the use of masks in training...dunno if that's true.

I like that Arnie's thinking out the box and trying new things good to see pal.

Is there any scientific reports to say this is a positive aspect when training? just wondering cos obviously not everyone uses it.

Great little device. Obviously not everyone can afford a training camp in the mountains of Big Bear etc and if this helps then it can only be a good thing.

 

Nah Rob will be gutted that Frankie is not going to be tanning his tonned body but likes the kinky mask.

dont u need to sleep in 1 of them tent like gismo's, like audley done when he came to london.

Think u need to constantly be in high altitude otherwise the red blood cells die
