I wonder if John will regret the move. **** fight, once again Sky should be ashamed, this is a terrible opponent. Unless they are giving tiny licence fees fights like this just will not fly.

I can accept this fight cos it's really a tune-up for Mitchell. However, no way should this headline a Sky bill. I thought Adam Smith was going to change things? If Warren wants to put this on force him to make it a co-feature to a much more even bout.

 

That's the one and he also has a draw against Spanish Super Featherweight Journeymen Jesus Garcia Simon (later got revenge by winning by KO but the point still stands), the same fighter that lost to Andy Morris in 1. Terrible, terrible opponent.

 

Exactly, this is absolute shite. Sky Boxing are full of hot air they have made aesthetic change but nothing has really changed or got any better, **** main events and **** undercards still reign supreme.

How many of the upcoming cards are you really interested in. I'm a hard core fan and there is nothing on there schedule that has me excited, so how are casuals supposed to get into Boxing when this is shite that is being served.

Actually Vassell-Ushona is one of their better upcoming bouts, he has some legitimate wins on his slate and is undefeated in 22-0 which is verified on BoxRec so I have some hopes for that fight. You can also pretty much guarantee that Hatton will put on a decent undercard.

I don't know how Warren can find such a steady stream of ****. They look good on paper and are usually a French or Spanish champ or some **** but they often can't fight a lick, might be too small and most importantly don't come to fight.

My main issue in boxing is you don't feel like it is mano o mano. If this guy comes in shape and comes to fight then anything can happen when two men duke it out. However, a journeyman in boxing, doesn't seem to have the same desire as a journeyman in MMA. Maybe it is because there are no bonuses, assured bigger opportunities etc
